DASKOVE is an advanced, innovative litter designed to satisfy your cat. It requires careful reading of instructions and correct usage in order to be effective. DASKOVE will not refund orders based on incorrect usage of the product or a cat not acclimating to a new litter. Most cats will accept a new litter outright, however, some may require a transition period through the mixing of old and new litter.

Refund

Typically, products eligible for returns or exchanges are not eligible for refunds. We reserve the right to only issue a refund or require a return or exchange.
Conditions: Your refund is subject to the following conditions: In order to request a refund, you must contact our customer service department. Some eCommerce Sites may also let you request a refund through your Account or through other functionality. In your refund request, you must indicate the specific product with which you are not satisfied and include your order number, name, and contact information, as well as the reason for your refund request. If we accept your refund request, you will receive a credit to your original form of payment. If we are unable to credit that form of payment, your refund may not be completed. We may contact you for new payment information or provide your refund in another way, such as through your account.
If you purchased your DASKOVE online or in retail stores at Target, Inc. or Walmart, Inc. and are not completely satisfied, send us your name, address, and your original receipt 30 days after purchase to request a refund.

Returns

Unopened bags of DASKOVE may be eligible for return within 30 days of confirmed delivery for refund consideration. For assistance with a return request, please contact us via this email marketing@daskove.com.
Eligible returns must be:
  • Unopened, unused & unaltered
  • In the original packaging
  • Returned with product tags intact
  • Returned with original paperwork or invoice
    DASKOVE items or accessories may be eligible for return under the following conditions:
    • It was purchased through our online website.
    • It is within 30 days of confirmed delivery.
    • It meets our return requirements.
      DASKOVE cannot accept responsibility for any returns that are lost or damaged while in transit back to our warehouse. Eligible returns should be shipped back within 7 days of the return request. All refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment once your return has been received. Please allow 5-7 days from the date your refund is scheduled for processing. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. If you do not have an account, we may issue you a shopping credit through other means. DASKOVE reserves the right to deny a return if the item or product does not comply with our return policy. Items that do not meet policy standards may be rejected and returned to you. Returns are not accepted on perishable goods such as food, treats, and other perishable products for health and safety reasons.

      Damages

      Refund & replacement requests will be considered for products that have arrived damaged. You must notify DASKOVE of a damaged product within 7 days of confirmed delivery via this portal with the title “Damage Request”.
      Please submit your Damage Request through the email address used to make your original purchase, and include the corresponding, valid order number. Our support team will assist you with the next steps.

      Cancellation Policy

      Orders

      DASKOVE is committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible. If you wish to cancel a recently placed order, please contact us as soon as possible and have your order number ready.
      Once your order has been confirmed and acknowledged by our fulfillment center, we cannot guarantee that any updates or changes to your order, including cancellation, will be accommodated. If your order has shipped, and you wish to change or correct the provided delivery address, please contact the courier directly to request your package be returned to the sender or rerouted to an alternate address.
      For additional assistance, please contact us to reach our support team. While we cannot guarantee accommodation, we will do our best to assist you!
      Your order may not be processed, and you will be notified, in the event your order includes a product that is out of stock, has errors in pricing, or is subject to any unforeseen discrepancy. DASKOVE reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason, including perceived or confirmed misuse, abuse, or manipulation of this Refund & Cancel Policy.
